Archis is an experimental think tank devoted to the process of real-time spatial and cultural reflexivity and action. The Archis Foundation comprises three departments: Archis Publishers, Archis Interventions and Archis Tools.

Archis Publishers

has a long running experience in publishing the various incarnations of Volume magazine. In which various editorial concepts and publishing formats have been realized over the years. Archis is now expanding it’s publishing portfolio and is currently working on some projects that are scheduled for release medio 2008.

Archis Interventions

is the not for profit branch of Archis, organizes international events that initiate interdisciplinary debate on spatial and cultural issues and intervenes in deadlocked situations.

Archis Tools

advises governmental agencies, social and cultural organizations, and private companies on a variety of urban and spatial issues."
